Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science from the University of St. Thomas and performed graduate work at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has completed executive education at the Harvard School of Business and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2005, he was named one of Minnesota’s the top business leaders under 40. He is a past instructor at the University of St. Thomas Management Center. In 2003, he founded the Intertech Foundation to financially assist families with critically ill children. He has published 50 articles on business, leadership and technology in newspapers and magazines including the Star Tribune, Upsize magazine, and the Business Journal. Tom is the author of the book Building a Winning Business.
