Some subjects included in this community are JVM languages, Agile, Android, and almost anything else Java related. Just like Web Code Geeks, they continue to offer Java related content every day.

Reddit is a source for everything. Nicknamed “the front page of the internet”, Reddit has endless things called “subreddits” where users submit content related to that specific subreddit. For example, if you visit the subreddit called r/Android, you will see content all related to the Android software. All content is voted on by users, so you only see quality material (most of the time).

It is a place where developers contribute with blogs, comments, and great videos – all contributing to the growth and expansion of its followers. Here you’ll find everything on Microsoft including topics like .NET, Azure, and Windows.

“W3Schools is a web developer’s site, with tutorials and references on web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and JQuery, covering most aspects of web programming.” With one of the largest libraries of free online tutorials, this site should always be in a new developer’s bookmarks. The site has great beginner tutorials, but if you are looking for more advanced help, you’d be better off elsewhere.

This is the place to go if you are looking for detailed answers to your development questions. Consisting of only questions and answers, Stack Overflow is voter based just like Reddit. Answers are ranked by the community so you know what answers are typically best.
