If registrant cancels, in writing, more than ten (10) business days prior to the starting date of course, registrant will receive a 100% refund.

If registrant cancels, in writing, within ten (10) business days, registrant agrees to pay Intertech a cancellation fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the registration cost for each registrant who cancels (terms = net 30 days).

If registrant fails to cancel, in writing, and doesn’t attend courses, registrant agrees to pay Intertech a cancellation fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the registration cost for each registrant who failed to attend courses (terms = net 30 days).

If a registrant reschedules for a future course date, in writing, more than ten (10) business days prior to the starting date of course, registrant will not be assessed rescheduling fee.

Any registrant who reschedules within ten (10) business days prior to the starting date of a course will be charged a twenty percent (20%) rescheduling fee, based on the price of registration (terms = net 30 days).
