Saint Paul, MN August 19, 2011--Intertech (http://www.Intertech.com) was named the 9th Best Place to Work in Minnesota by the Minneapolis/St Paul Business Journal.
This is Intertech's seventh year as a winner.
"Winning once is an honor. Winning seven times is a huge testament to the total commitment of our employees and customers," stated Ryan McCabe, Vice President and Partner at Intertech.
The award is based on employee responses to an anonymous online survey. The survey includes questions on work environment, personal development, idea nurturing, leadership, management practices, and operations.
To be included, companies must have an office with 10 or more employees in the 11-county Twin Cities metro area, or be a Minnesota-based company with at least 1,000 employees anywhere in the state. Companies also must meet a participation requirement—with at least 85 percent of employees completing the online survey.
Only 30 companies were named a “Best Place to Work” by the Business Journal. The companies were honored at an awards luncheon at the Minneapolis Hilton on August 18, 2011 and were featured in a special supplement to the Business Journal's August 19 issue.
Intertech delivers .NET Consulting and Java Consulting along with developer focused training including SharePoint training.
