WomenHack at Intertech: Promoting Diversity in Tech
On November 30th, we were pleased to host a WomenHack event at our Intertech offices in Eagan, Minnesota. WomenHack is a community that empowers women in tech through events, recruitment, and speed interviews. The goal is to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace and tech ecosystem.
We hosted a variety of companies – local, national, and global – that are seeking top talent and want to increase gender diversity in their hiring. For candidates, the event was invite-only using WomenHack’s network of the most talented women in Minnesota tech. The night began with a brief talk about the benefits of gender diversity, then quickly transitioned to quick, 5-minute interviews with candidates and networking around the room.
The event was a great success, with lots of excellent connections and promising leads for the companies and candidates that attended. At Intertech, we’re proud to have hosted a WomenHack event and showcase our support for diversity hiring. Congratulations to the candidates who found great jobs and to the companies that recruited top talent from the event. Thanks to everyone who attended for making this WomenHack event such a success.
Here’s a quick video recap of the event.
