Description

The Agile Essentials 2 day workshop is a highly interactive introduction to agile terminology, concepts, and principles.  Participants will learn about agile concepts and have opportunities to try them out immediately in a simulated project setting.  This workshop will prepare participants to effectively participate in and lead agile teams.  

An optional Agile Fundamentals Certification exam is available upon request.

Planning in a Scrum Environment

  • Product, Release and Sprint levels of planning

LEGO Scrum Simulation (optional)

At the end of the class is a Lego simulation that utilizes exercise work done earlier to work through multiple sprints for greater exposure to the roles, ceremonies, and artifacts of Scrum.
