The Agile Team Bootcamp is a 3-day interactive workshop designed to introduce participants to Agile terminology, concepts, and principles within the context of their own project.  All exercises will center around creating Agile deliverables for their project, rather than a simulated project.  When students leave this course they will have all they need to get their Agile project off to a successful start.
