Client Relationship Manager
As a client relationship manager, Troy Niesen is often the first point of contact for Intertech’s customers. He plays a significant role in identifying and solving development issues. With 10-plus years of IT experience, he’s helped resolve many customers’ pain points and looks forward to solving many more. Before becoming an account manager, Troy was an account executive in Intertech’s Training group. Before joining Intertech, he was an account executive at TDS Metrocom.

Why Did You Choose Intertech?
“Working with people is something I’ve always enjoyed and solving problems gets my blood pumping. This is a perfect position for me.”
Troy enjoys watching and participating in sports—mostly football and basketball—and hanging out with friends and family. He also likes to travel with his wife. “We’d love to go to Fiji and stay in one of the little huts with the ocean underneath.”
