What is the location of Intertech’s training?
Intertech has locations across the United States through our many partners. Intertech's main offices are located in Eagan, MN.
If our locations don't work for you, we also provide live-online training. Live-online training is very similar to being in classroom! Visit the Online Training page for more information.
Do I need to bring my own computer to class?
Nope. All supplies will be provided for you, including computers.
Why is there a rush fee included in my course cost?
The rush fee is included due to the short timeframe of shipping the required materials for the class. Simply put, it costs more for faster shipping.
Is the cost of Online and Classroom training the same?
Yes. Online and classroom training are the same cost. Online training is very similar to classroom training. To find out more about online training, visit our Online Training page.
What does the acronym "GTR" stand for?
The acronym "GTR" stands for Guaranteed to Run - meaning a class has enough students for you to be certain the class will be running.
Do I receive certification by completing one of Intertech’s courses?
You do not. You only gain a "Certificate of Completion" from taking one of our courses. You must take the courses recommended by a company (like Microsoft) and then take their test to gain that certification. We can help the customer in choosing the right classes in order to gain that certification.

Online Training FAQ
What do I need to successfully complete an Online class?
You will need high speed internet, a current web browser running Java, and we recommend you find a quiet place with little to no distraction when attending the online training course. To find out more about online training, visit our Online Training page.
How do I communicate with the instructor during and Online class?
Communication with the instructor can be through two ways. We recommend the use of voice communication to interact with the instructor as you would in a normal classroom setting. How many attendees do I need to have an instructor come onsite?
