Tom is an IT Professional with a wide range of experiences from leadership, IT Management, Enterprise Architecture and Operations, ALM/SDLC SME, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified Professional in Application Development and Infrastructure. He has been involved in several aspects of delivering software to production and dealing with it while it’s there with as much of a pragmatic approach as possible.
