What You’ll Do
Own Projects, Shape Process
- Lead cross-functional projects from idea to implementation, often building structure where none exists.
- Partner with leadership, technology staff, and business teams to define goals, scope, and success metrics
Bridge Business & Technology
- Translate technical jargon into clear business language that drives alignment across all levels of the company.
- Ensure that both technical and non-technical teams know what’s expected, by when, and why it matters.
Drive Accountability & Momentum
- Hold teams and individuals accountable for deliverables without heavy bureaucracy—keeping projects moving and people engaged.
- Anticipate risks and adapt quickly when roadblocks appear.
Champion a Modern Approach
- Introduce and refine project management practices (Agile, Kanban, or hybrid) that fit a growing, entrepreneurial business.
- Help continuously improve how we collaborate and deliver impact.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) are a plus.
- 5+ years leading projects that touch both technology and business.
- Strong communicator—able to switch between technical detail and plain-language clarity with ease.
- Proven ability to bring order to environments with minimal formal process.
