Description

This ITIL Foundation training, based on the ITIL best practice service lifecycle approach, provides IT managers, practitioners and anyone who uses IT services with a practical understanding of the key concepts, principles, processes and functions that enables successful IT Service Management (ITSM) provision. The certification exam is taken on the last day of class and those passing while receive an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management . The cost of the exam is not included in the price of the course.
