Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We seek a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will be crucial in generating new business opportunities to fuel our growth. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to set up meetings for our sales team. This position offers a competitive hourly rate, bonuses for each meeting you set up and attend, and a commission from the final sale. Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 100+ contacts to potential clients daily through cold calling and emailing to generate new business opportunities using segmented intent data.
  • Qualify leads through initial screening and assessing potential business needs, ensuring they meet the company’s criteria.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings with qualified leads for the sales team, providing comprehensive information to ensure effective sales presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings set and attended and contributions to the sales pipeline.
  • Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an SDR or BDR role is required
  • Understanding of Software Development recommended
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a disciplined approach to daily activity planning.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and emailing
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
